• Turn off your mobile phone
• Press the volume + button on / off at once
• wait for approximately 5 seconds until the display on your mobile phone SAMSUNG
• Select wipe data / factory reset
• Select yes --- delete all data users  
• Done for 2 times the data wipe process
• Reboot system now
• and tara tara tara finis heheh :p
